We’ve always thought there was something special about scent.
A particular fragrance can take you straight back to somewhere — a favourite holiday, a hotel you stayed in, a shop you loved, or simply a time in your life you remember fondly.
ROOM EIGHT started from that idea.
After coming home from holidays, we’d often find ourselves talking about the scents we’d experienced while we were away. The fragrance in a hotel lobby, the scent of a beautifully designed shop, or one that simply reminded us of being somewhere else. We wanted to find a way to have that feeling at home too, without having to wait for the next trip away.
So, we started looking for those kinds of scents and sharing them with friends and family. It quickly became clear that we weren’t the only ones who liked the idea of bringing a little of that feeling home.
